1 on 1 - Text & Messaging - Exclusive Access

Weekly 1 on 1 texting with Chrissy to ask questions, gain feedback, and encouragement.  You'll have unrestricted text-access.  Text at any time and I will respond during business hours. 

Balanced Impact Digital Workbook

This is a gift, as well as a requirement.  We'll use the Dream Life Daily Journal every day and is an important part of the program.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?


This program delivers results—simple as that. But it requires real commitment. We’ll unpack patterns that have been holding you back, and you’ll grow in ways that stretch you. If you’re not ready to elevate your health, your relationships, and your life, this isn’t the right season for you.

  • DAILY JOURNALING: There’s power in putting your thoughts on paper. You’ll be encouraged to journal each day to process insights, release stress, and create clarity.

  • WATER: Hydration matters. As part of building healthier daily habits, you’ll focus on increasing your water intake to support energy, focus, and overall well-being.

  • MEDITATION :Each month, you’ll get a new guided meditation to help you ground, reset, and build consistency. Practicing it for 21 days helps strengthen new habits and patterns.

  • MOVEMENT: You’ll commit to intentional movement at least three times per week—walking, yoga, running, stretching, or any activity that gets your body moving and your energy flowing.

  • READING: You’ll choose a personal development book aligned with your goals and read a little each day to fuel your growth, mindset shifts, and forward momentum.
